Jennifer Egert, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist based in New York City. She works with adults, integrating Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), ACT, and mindfulness meditation in caring for people with a wide range of life and mental health concerns. Dr. Egert trained health psychologist at Duke University and has over 25 years of experience specializing in issues related to adjusting to medical issues, disability, loss and grief.
